Terms of service
Last updated: 6 October 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and LOADED (“LOADED”, “the platform”, “we”). They cover this website, the public API, the launch tools, the SDK, the loaded command line, and the coins launched through the LOADED program on pump.fun. Using any of it means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use LOADED.
What LOADED actually does#
LOADED is one Solana program. A coin launched through it is created on pump.fun and traded on pump.fun's bonding curve and, after graduation, a PumpSwap pool. The creator fees pump.fun pays that coin go to a vault the program holds, not to the creator: by default 70% to the coin's own vault, 10% to the AI treasury, 15% to buy back and burn $LOADED, 5% to the public sponsor pool's backers. The vault stores a floor that only moves up and bids for the coin when the price falls to it, and holds a backing any holder can redeem against at any time with the redeem instruction.
LOADED therefore does three things: it hosts the website and API that read the program, it runs the vault agent that signs the trades the program allows, and it runs the AI service (moderation, the launch assistant, narration, the analyst desk). It does not hold your coins, your SOL or your keys, except the key of a wallet you create by signing in with Google (below).
Who may use LOADED#
You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter a contract. Do not use LOADED if you are a resident of, or located in, the United Kingdom or a place where launching, trading or holding these tokens is unlawful, or if you are subject to sanctions (including anyone on a US, EU or UN sanctions list, and anyone in Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, or the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions). There is no identity check; complying with the law where you are is your responsibility, not ours.
Floors, backing and redemption: read this part#
- Coins are created by a third-party program and traded on third-party venues. pump.fun, PumpSwap and Solana are third parties. LOADED does not issue the coins, does not set their price, and cannot reverse a trade.
- The floor is a bid, not a promise. The vault bids for the coin at the stored floor with the SOL it has (“ammo”). That SOL can run out. When it has run out the floor shown is a number the vault cannot defend, and the price can trade below it.
- The backing is what redeem pays. The backing per token never goes down through trading, and any holder can call
redeemand receive their share of it, less the redeem fee frozen at launch. It can be lowered by the admin's disclosed withdrawal (below) and nothing else. - A buyback is a burn, not a payment. When the program spends the $LOADED share, it buys $LOADED on the open market and burns the tokens. Nothing is sent to you. Buybacks, floor buys and pool income are not distributions, dividends, interest, staking rewards or yield, and no holder acquires a claim against LOADED by holding a coin.
- Creator fees are set by pump.fun, not by LOADED, and can change. pump.fun has changed its fee schedule before and may change it, or re-route a coin's fees under its community-takeover process, without notice to us or to you. LOADED makes no promise that a coin will earn any fee on any venue.
- The admin can take funds. The platform admin key can withdraw a vault's SOL and tokens (
admin_withdraw_vault), the sponsor pool's idle SOL (admin_withdraw_pool) and the SOL queued for the buyback (admin_withdraw_buyback). The admin is a single key and these withdrawals are instant. Every such withdrawal is an on-chain event the site lists; the admin key is shown on the trust sheet. - The program has not completed an external audit until the trust sheet says it has. Assume you can lose everything you spend on a coin or deposit in the pool.
- Nothing on LOADED is investment, tax or legal advice.
The public sponsor pool#
Depositing SOL into the public sponsor pool buys shares at the pool's net asset value. The pool funds the first buy of new coins and is repaid with a premium from those coins' fees; a coin that never earns its sponsorship back is written off against every share. Withdrawals are queued, unlock after the delay frozen in the pool's configuration (48 hours by default), and pay the lower of the share price at request and at payout. The pool authority can close deposits, change the configuration within the program's bounds and pause the pool; the admin can withdraw idle SOL as described above. Income vests over seven days. Realized returns shown on the site are history, never a projection.
Launching a coin#
- A pool-sponsored launch needs a refundable bond (0.05 SOL or 3% of the first buy, whichever is larger), returned through
claim_sponsorwhen the sponsorship is repaid and forfeited to the pool when it is written off. A self-sponsored launch funds its own first buy from your wallet. - The coin is created on pump.fun from the vault's own authority, so the vault, not you, is the creator of record and the recipient of creator fees. Creators receive no share of fees and no allocation of supply: the entire supply is minted to pump.fun's curve and bought on the open market like anyone else's.
- Your name, ticker, description and image must not infringe anyone's rights or impersonate anyone and are screened automatically before the coin exists. They are written to the chain at creation and cannot be changed afterwards; the metadata document pump.fun reads is served by LOADED (or Arweave) and is subject to these terms.
- One launch does not reserve a name, ticker or idea. We may refuse any launch, and the admin may pause new launches at any time; pausing does not affect coins already launched.
Your wallet is yours#
With your own wallet, LOADED is not custodial. Every transaction (a trade, a launch, a redeem, a deposit, a withdrawal, a claim) is built in your browser and signed in your own wallet; we never hold its private key and never move funds on your behalf. Quotes are estimates; the chain decides the final price, and your order can fail or fill worse than quoted within the slippage you set. LOADED charges nothing on top of pump.fun's own fees and the program's frozen redeem fee. We are not a broker, an exchange or a market maker.
Continue with Google is custodial. If you sign in with Google instead, we create one Solana wallet for your Google account and keep its private key, encrypted, on our accounts service, which signs the transactions you start on the site. It signs only what its policy allows: transactions for the LOADED program, pump.fun, PumpSwap and the token programs, paid from that wallet, sending at most 0.01 SOL per transaction to accounts other than that wallet and LOADED's vaults, and the LOADED sign-in messages for that wallet. You can export the key at any time from the wallet menu (after signing in to Google again) and move to a wallet only you hold; once you have the key you can delete the account, which erases our copy. Whoever controls your Google account can use this wallet, and if you lose your Google account without having exported the key, the wallet is lost with it. We are not liable for losses from a compromised Google account or from a key you exported.
The vault agent and the analyst#
The vault agent decides when to send the trades the program allows (floor buys, strength sales, pulses, burns, buybacks), within caps the program enforces on chain: it can never decide whether value leaves a vault or at what price beyond the program's drift band. The analyst desk is a model that writes public plans for that pacing and can be switched off; its plans are published, scored and may be wrong. Neither is a fiduciary and neither promises any outcome.
What you must not do#
Do not: launch content that is unlawful, infringing, impersonating or hateful; fake trades, holders or scores; manipulate the market reference the vault reads; attack or overload the hosted services; scrape at abusive rates; use referral codes or seasons to farm your own wallets; or use LOADED to break the law. We may remove content from the site, hide a coin, ban a wallet from the hosted services and refuse a referral payout; we cannot remove a coin from the chain or stop its vault.
No warranty#
LOADED is provided “as is” and “as available”, with no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. The program may contain bugs; the site may show stale numbers while the indexer lags; the agent may be down; pump.fun may change under us. Blockchain transactions are irreversible: check the address, the cluster and the amount before you sign. We are not responsible for losses from your wallet, your keys, a phishing site, a venue, or the chain.
Limitation of liability#
To the fullest extent the law allows, LOADED and the people who operate it are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, nor for lost profits, lost tokens, lost SOL or lost data. Our total liability for all claims is capped at the greater of USD 100 or what you paid LOADED in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply as far as they can.
Indemnity#
You will indemnify LOADED against claims, damages and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your launches, your content, your trades or your breach of these terms.
Governing law and disputes#
Not yet settled. The governing law, the venue, and whether disputes go to arbitration or to court will be filled in on the advice of qualified counsel before LOADED operates at scale. Until this section names a jurisdiction, nothing here waives any right you have under the mandatory consumer law of your own country, and no forum, class-action waiver or arbitration clause is being asserted against you.
Changes, termination and contact#
We may change these terms; the date at the top changes with them and material changes are announced on @loadeddotfun. Continuing to use LOADED after a change accepts it. You may stop using LOADED at any time; on-chain records remain. Questions and legal notices go to the addresses in the privacy policy.
