A flagged wallet has 14 days to self-report and keeps 15% for the season. Clustering looks at ≥ 10 venue trades. Heuristics mislabel real people: the window and the 15% floor are the remedy, and a flag reads “Sybil behaviour detected” on the profile, never a ban.
Holding through a dump is scored at the floor value, not the market: a bag worth nothing earns nothing, and redeeming a Burn / Pulse / Diamond coin at its backing is a badge, not a penalty. Read the risks and the trust sheet before you hold anything for a number.
