Glossary
Every word on the site, defined once. Numbers are the live platform params.
Underlined numbers: live platform params
Floors#
- Market cap (MC)
- A per-token level × the coin's supply. Every price on the site is shown this way — MC, floor MC, and on Burn / Pulse / Diamond the backing MC — in USD at the live SOL price, or in SOL when there is no live price. Amounts of SOL (fees, ammo, deposits) show in USD first with SOL beside them.
- Floor
- The bid: the level the vault buys at with its ammo, shown as the floor MC. Stored on-chain, recomputed on every inflow, kept only if higher: it never decreases. Drawn as the hazard-edged slab. Never mixed with strength, which is how much of the bid is left. More
- Strength
- Ammo ÷ the ammo recorded at the last ratchet (
defense_at_ratchet): how much of the floor bid is left. 100% whole; cracks open under 90%; weak under 40%; broken at 0. Uncapped above 100% while refilling. Drawn as cracks in the slab, grey when broken. More - Coverage
- Ammo ÷ (floor × float): the share of the float (tokens outside the vault and the venue) the vault could buy at the floor. A creator-funded coin sizes its floor for 5% of the float (Tight, the default) or 10% (Deep); the Floor wall reads it as “Holds a sell of”.
- Floor MC
- The floor × supply: where the floor sits as a market cap.
- Floor vs high
- Floor MC ÷ the coin's highest MC: a floor at 71% of the high sits 29% under it. Shown on every coin page and board row.
- Slab states
- Clean, cracking, weak, rationed, broken, repairing: how the floor reads from its strength and its window. The table
- Rationing
buy_floorspends at most 15% of the ammo per 1 hour window. A buy that needed more is rationed; a window with no room refuses (FloorBuyRationed).- Repair
- An inflow after a dump — fees, sale profit, or a donation of plain SOL to the vault — that brings strength back up. The slab's cracks close.
- Pour
- The program's
pour_bps: a share of the first buy kept as ammo at create instead of buying tokens. The site sends 0 for self-sponsored launches and queued pool launches pour 0%, so the whole first buy is tokens and a coin has no floor at launch; the vault's first sale into a pump sets it. - Reinforcement
reinforce_floor: the sponsor pool's operator lends SOL into a broken Floor-mode vault as ammo; repaid with a premium from sale proceeds. More- Backing
- Burn, Pulse and Diamond only. Backing SOL ÷ circulating: what
redeempays per token before its fee, any time; shown × supply as the backing MC. Rises with every inflow; drops only if the admin key withdraws backing SOL (admin_withdraw_vault). Called the hard floor in the program and the SPEC (hard_floor_q64). Drawn as the dark foundation stratum under the floor. Floor-mode coins have none. - Ratchet
- One step up of the floor, emitted as a
FloorRatchetedevent. There is no step down. Each step records the ammo it was set with, strength's denominator. - Computed floor
- Ammo ÷ (10% × (circulating + the sponsor's inventory + redeemed tokens)). The candidate the stored floor is compared with.
- Circulating
- Total supply minus the vault's tokens. Tokens in the bonding curve or pool count as circulating.
The vault#
- Vault
- A coin's
Launchaccount: holds its ammo and tokens (and, on Burn / Pulse / Diamond, backing SOL), and is the coin's creator on pump.fun. - Ammo
- Defense SOL: the part of the vault that buys at the floor — in Floor mode, the whole vault. Shown with its strength and the share of the float it can absorb at the floor.
- Backing SOL
- Burn / Pulse / Diamond: the part of the vault that never trades (
hard_sol). Leaves only throughredeemor an admin withdrawal. 0 in Floor mode. - Inflow
- SOL credited to the vault: its 80% of creator fees, sale profit, donations. In Floor mode all of it is ammo; the other modes split 50% to backing SOL first. Then the floor is recomputed.
- Floor buy
buy_floor: the vault buys the coin at or under the floor, inside this window's ration. Anyone can trigger it.- Strength sale
sell_strength: the vault sells tokens above the coin's sell threshold (1.3× by default for creator-funded coins, 2× for pool-funded) or their cost, in capped slices.- Sell window
- A 2 minutes period in which the vault may sell at most 30% of its tokens.
- Reference price
- A slow average of the coin's price kept by the vault: seeded at launch, sampled at the start of vault trades,
observeand a lonebuy_floor. Each spot is clamped to the drift band and counts only once two samples in a row see it. A vault sale needs a reference no older than 2 minutes and a spot at most 5% below it. More - Observe
observe: anyone samples the coin's spot into the reference, alone in its transaction. Moves no SOL.- Defended zone
- Market caps within 10% above the floor MC. No vault sale or recall may leave the MC there.
- Waterfall
- The fixed order a sale's proceeds are paid: backing (other modes), then sponsor or cost, then reinforcement and credit owed, then profit. More
- Redeem
- Burn / Pulse / Diamond: burn tokens, receive their share of backing SOL minus 2%. Open to any holder, any time. Floor mode refuses (
NothingToRedeem). - Vault agent's wallet
- The key the admin registers to call
sell_strength,buy_burn,pulse_buyandbuyback_burn(shown live on the verify page). Chooses when, within on-chain caps. - Crank
- Anyone who calls a permissionless instruction (
collect_fees,sweep_fees,buy_floor,graduate,sweep_to_floor,process_withdrawals). - Mode
- What the vault does with its inflows — Floor, Burn, Pulse or Diamond — picked at launch and frozen. More
- Fee split
- 80 / 5 / 10 / 5: vault / AI treasury / $LOADED buyback and burn / pool backers. Creators get 0%. More
- Buyback and burn
- 10% of every collected fee, spent by the agent buying $LOADED and burning it. More
Launch and sponsor#
- Sponsor pool
- A public SOL fund, owned by depositors through shares, that pays for first buys. More
- Withdraw ticket
- A queued pool withdrawal: unlocks after 2 days, paid in order from idle SOL at the lower of the request and payout price.
- Inventory
- The tokens the first buy bought for the vault. The sponsor is repaid only from their sale.
- Sponsor owed
- The first buy's cost × the sponsor return the launch froze: on a creator-funded coin 100% paid back later from the floor by default (or 125% from early sales, or 0 — waived), 125% on a pool-funded one. The most the sponsor can ever receive.
- Deferred payback
- The default creator payback: every sale builds the floor, and pay_deferred_sponsor pays the first buy back at cost once the vault holds 5× it in SOL — at most 10% of the ammo and a tenth of what's owed every 4 hours, never while the floor is defending. If the coin never runs, the creator (or the agent's crank, for them) can sell the first-buy tokens back from 6 h after launch; whatever ammo the vault holds stays as the floor.
- Recall
- After 1 day (6 h on a deferred creator payback), while the coin never ran, the sponsor sells the inventory back at about cost, never into the defended zone. A waived payback has no recall.
- Bond
- The larger of 0.05 SOL and 3% of the requested first buy, which a creator posts with a pool-sponsored launch. Back once the coin repays the pool in full; kept by the pool if principal is written off. Never floor money. More
- Written off
- Principal a sponsor didn't recover when the inventory ran out. The pool absorbs it.
- Self-sponsored
- A launch whose creator paid the first buy; repayment and recall are the creator's.
- Dev buy
- The creator's own buy in the launch transaction, after the vault's. Up to 5 SOL.
- Creator fee
- What pump.fun pays a coin's creator on every trade. On LOADED the creator is the vault program, so the person who launched keeps 0%.
- Terms
- The params a coin copied from the platform at launch and keeps for life.
- Graduation
- pump.fun migrating a coin from its bonding curve to a PumpSwap pool. The vault follows.
- $LOADED
- The platform coin: a LOADED coin that also receives 5% of every vault's profit and is bought back and burned with 10% of fees.
- AI treasury
- The wallet that receives 5% of every collected fee and pays for the AI features. More
Trust#
- Platform admin
- The LOADED admin key. Can withdraw any vault's SOL and tokens (
admin_withdraw_vault), the pool's idle SOL (admin_withdraw_pool) and the queued buyback SOL (admin_withdraw_buyback), publicly on chain; also sets params for future launches, the AI treasury and the enabled modes. Can't lower a stored floor. More - IDL
- The program's machine-readable interface: every instruction, account and event. Browse it
